Bouzies Bakery opened on a great, cold day in the winter of 2005. Now the bakery bakes more than a dozen different artisan breads and pastries.

The bread is sold at Luna, Cafe Marron, Huckleberry's, Eggers, Rocket Market, Saunders Cheese Shop, the Division Street farmer's market and the Liberty Lake farmer's market and served at Luna, Cafe Marron, Milfords Fish House, The Scoop, South Hill Grill and Latah Bistro.

Pastries are available at Eggers, Huckleberry's, Nordstrom's Atrium Cafe, Chocolate Apothocary, Caffe Delicio, Atticus Coffee, Maple Street Bistro and the Ultimate Bagel.

It is named after a beautiful village in the French Pyrenees on the river Lot with sparkling water and clean, clear air.

Bouzies is pronounced "boo zee"
