Proper Storage
To store your loaf of bread, simply cover it with a cotton or linen towel, cut side down, on your cutting board. It should be fine for about four days.
If your bread should become a little hard, simply spray it with water and pop it into a hot oven for a few minutes. To restore your loaf 1) Preheat your oven to 400 2) Remove bread from bag 3) Run bread quickly through a stream of water--top and bottom 4) Immediately place on rack in pre-heated oven 5) Bake for 8-10 minutes. Voila! |
